D-school Afrika at UCT's 'Fast Forward' equips higher education professionals to solve real problems

The Hasso Plattner d-school Afrika at the University of Cape Town (UCT) is inviting staff and faculty from across the higher education sector to step out of their day-to-day and into a hands-on experience in creative problem-solving. On 10 or 12 November 2026, the institution will run Fast Forward, a one-day immersive programme designed to equip higher education professionals with the mindset, tools, and confidence to tackle complex, real-world challenges.
