ActionSA says it will file an application at the Pretoria high court challenging South African Police Service (SAPS) findings that cleared Presidential Protection Service head, Maj-Gen Wally Rhoode, and Brigadier Hlulani Rekhoto of wrongdoing in the Phala Phala scandal.
