Indian billionaire Sunil Vaswani's Stallion Group loses $117 million court fight with Nigerian bank

A Nigerian federal court has ruled in favor of United Bank for Africa Plc in its three-year fight to recover ₦156 billion ($117 million) from Stallion Group, the Dubai-based conglomerate run by Indian-Nigerian brothers Sunil and Mahesh Vaswani, the bank said in a statement.
