Reality TV star Nozipho Ntshangase has revealed that she is preparing for another plastic surgery procedure. The The Mommy Club star recently shared videos from hospital, leaving fans curious about what she is having done this time.
Although she did not reveal the reason for the surgery, Nozipho joked about going back to her surgeon after previously saying she was done with cosmetic procedures.

It gave me so much more than a physical transformation. it gave me confidence, comfort, and a fresh start in ways I never expected. Now we’re back for another chapter. The reality TV star previously underwent a mommy makeover in 2025. The mother of five revealed that she had a mastopexy (breast lift), liposuction, and a tummy tuck as part of her transformation.
At the time, Nozipho was open about why she decided to have the procedures. She explained that her pregnancies had changed her body and affected the way she felt about herself.
Speaking about her decision, Nozipho said, “I’ve had four pregnancies which resulted in five kids… and so I gained weight and just wasn’t exercising as often as I would’ve wanted. There’s just been a whole lot of insecurities,” she admitted.
She also shared how her confidence had been affected over the years.
“I’ve been on this self-love journey, and I think after having my last three kids and just going through things in general, I just struggled with loving myself and my confidence just went down the drain,” she said.
Now, Nozipho is preparing for another chapter in her transformation journey.
