Sold in the bride market,
measured by skin color or father’s wealth,
worthless, yet sold for money or beauty.
Alas, neglected woman,
everywhere oppressed, shamed,
sold in poor, helpless homes,
bargained in human markets.
Market value? Her color, her body.
Alas, fragile woman, the most oppressed of all nations,
without words to speak,
society exploits you,
you receive only deprivation and despair.
Like other creatures,
you are sold, in markets, in alleys.
So much abuse—yet why do you not rise?
Why do you not roar?
Say it now—“Enough of this exploitation.”
Those who oppress, their skins I will take,
You exploit women, I will turn the world upside down.
Those who still think themselves fragile,
in this deceptive world, shame remains.
Do not think yourself weak,
step forward in the battle for freedom—
you will become strong.
Dispense inequality in pieces,
what boys can do, girls can too.
Each is great in their own way.
Girls are no less—society must see.

নারী, তুমি শুধু নারীদের কথা বলো,
লাঞ্ছিতা, অবহেলিতা আর নির্যাতিতা নারী,
বদ্ধ ঘরে, পতিতালয়ে পরে থাকা,
আর ডাস্টবিনের পাশে মরে থাকা,
টাকার দরে বিকানো , অসহায়া নারী, তুমি শুধু নারীদের কথা বলো।
জীবনের প্রতি স্তরে , লাঞ্ছিতা নারী,
বধূ রূপে স্বামীর জীবনে,
বৃদ্ধা মা রূপে, সন্তানের সংসারে,
আর ভোগ্যপণ্য হিসাবে, এ বেহায়া নির্লজ্জ সমাজে। হায়রে অসহয়া নারী।
কনে দেখার বাজারে বিকও
গায়ের রং বা বাবার পয়সায়,
তুমি তো মূল্যহীন তাই বিক্রিতে ও পয়সা লাগে অথবা লাগে রূপ।
হায়রে অবহেলিত নারী,
সর্বত্র তুমি নির্যাতিতা , লাঞ্ছিতা সবখানে, দরিদ্র অসহায় সংসারে বিক্রি হও মানুষের বাজারে।
বাজারমূল্য? গায়ের রং বা শরীরের চটকে।
হায়রে অবলা নারী, পৃথিবীর সর্বাপেক্ষা নির্যাতিতা জাতি,
তোমার নেইকো বলার ভাষা,
তাইতো এ সমাজ তোমায় করেছে শোষণ,
আর পেয়েছো শুধুই বঞ্চনা ও নিরাশা।
অন্যান্য পশুর মতোই,
তাইতো বিকোও , বাজারে পতিতালয়ে। এতো অত্যাচারীতা তুমি, তবু কেনো এগিয়ে আসো না?
তবু কেনো গর্জে ওঠো না?
বলো না কেনো,অনেক হয়েছে
আর নয় এ শোষণ।
যারা শোষণ কারী,তাদের চামড়া নেবো গুটিয়ে, নারীদের শোষণ করিস, জগৎ দেবো উল্টিয়ে।
যেসব নারী নিজেদের আজো ভাবে অবলা, তাদের জন্য এ প্রবঞ্চক জগতে আজো আছে লাঞ্ছনা।
ভেবোনা নিজেকে অবলা,
মুক্তিযুদ্ধে এগিয়ে এসো
তোমরাও হবে সবলা।
বৈষম্য দাও খুচিয়ে,
ছেলেরা যা পারে মেয়েরাও তা পারে,
যে যার নিজের মতো সেরা।
মেয়েরাও কিছু তে কম না জেনে রাখো সমাজ।
সমানাধিকারের প্রশ্নে লজ্জাহীনারা অসভ্য হয়, তাই অসভ্যতার প্রশ্নে নারীরা নাক সিটকায়।
লজ্জাহীনতা নারীর অস্তিত্ব নয়,
নারীর অস্তিত্ব সাম্যবাদে,
হে সমাজ চেয়ে দেখো,
নারীর আত্মসম্মান ও স্বাধিকার বোধ , আজো আছে এ জগতে,
আর তাই নারী , তুমি শুধু নারীদের কথা বলো।
