Was I playing with fire when I had a frank conversation with my air fryer this week? Not either of the two smaller machines – the greenhorns entrusted only to deliver decent chips and the occasional toasted sandwich. This was the big one, with which (whom?) I’d had a bit of a fallout after its rotisserie component failed me. Miserably.
