For Diablo fans, hearing the iconic guitar strum of the Tristram theme from the original Diablo from 1997 is enough to send them drifting off into a cloud of fond memories playing the genre-defining action-RPG. As the key hub and town in the first game, Tristram and its theme also returned in Diablo II (after its fall), cementing its status as one of the series' most memorable locations.
