Zimbabwean businessman Kudakwashe Tagwirei pledged $1 million and 10 vehicles per province at a ruling-party event this week that rallied the children of liberation war veterans behind President Emmerson Mnangagwa's Vision 2030 agenda, the news site ZimEye reported.
