Convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester has filed a court challenge against his transfer from the maximum-security C-Max section of the Kgoši Mampuru II Correctional Facility in Pretoria to eBongweni Super Maximum Correctional Facility in Kokstad, KwaZulu-Natal.
