Ekurhuleni asks Public Protector to probe R3.7m contract awarded to Matlala’s wife’s company

The City of Ekurhuleni has asked Public Protector Adv Kholeka Gcaleka to investigate a multi-million rand skills development contract awarded to Buena Vista Learning Academy, whose director was Tskakane Baloyi, the wife of controversial tenderpreneur Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala.
