AMD promises smoother FSR Frame Generation after severe frame pacing issues on Radeon RX 9000 GPUs

Back in August, Hardware Unboxed's slow-motion camera testing found that FSR 4 Frame Generation had severe frame-pacing problems, with the RX 9070 XT holding one frame on screen roughly four times longer than the next. The result was heavy jitter that made a 120 FPS output from a 60 FPS base frame rate feel closer to 60 FPS.
