KwaZulu-Natal Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (Hawks) head Maj-Gen Lesetja Senona has alleged KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi offered to investigate attempted murder accused Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala in exchange for information about deputy police commissioner Lt-Gen Shadrack Sibiya.
