Keke Palmer doesn't like to stray too far from her wellness routine. She's in bed by 10 p.m. (at the absolute latest), does Pilates every morning, enjoys a hot girl walk, and calls sleep a "non-negotiable." She's figured out what works for her, and she's not planning on deviating from that anytime soon. "I really like Pilates, I like hiking, walking on the treadmill, and strength training," Palmer tells Popsugar. "I used to really stress myself out with cardio until I realized that I'm maybe more suited for low-impact [workouts]."
