Setback for Ramaphosa as ConCourt orders referral of Phala Phala report to impeachment committee

The Constitutional Court has ordered Parliament to refer the report of the section 89 panel on the Phala Phala controversy to an impeachment committee, effectively subjecting President Cyril Ramaphosa to an impeachment process.
