You know how every Persona game ends with a god in all their hubris proclaiming that humanity desires destruction and to not feel anything and just vibe into eternal darkness, or whatever? I feel like we’re dealing with that right now as Netflix has latched onto Atlus’ supernatural teen life sim RPG as its next live-action adaptation while the real Persona heads are screaming “no, you idiot” at its barely corporeal form.
