Bail bid postponed for ‘illegal’ Gupta, accused of murdering police officer

The bail application of Akilesh Gupta, who is facing charges of murder, contravention of the Immigration Act, driving without a valid driver’s licence and malicious damage to property, has been postponed until December 8 for the continuation of his application.
