Reality Star Mrs Sande Shares Her Mummy Makeover Journey

Celebrities are increasingly investing in themselves, taking steps to feel confident and empowered by enhancing their looks. Reality TV star Mrs Sande from The Mommy Club recently joined the trend by getting a tummy tuck in Turkey. The 40-year-old underwent a full mummy makeover, which included a tummy tuck and dental work.
Speaking about her experience to Daily Sun, Mrs Sande explained how it all started after spotting the clinic online.
“I went to Mono Clinic after seeing it on Instagram and after seeing all the good reviews and everything, I thought, you know what? I’ve always been wanting to do a mummy makeover. So, it was a good choice,” she said.
Traveling alone, she was nervous at first, but felt immediately comfortable thanks to the clinic staff.
“From the first day of arriving, I met Tuktu at the airport. She was very, very friendly. She really made me feel comfortable because I was travelling alone, so I was kind of anxious, but she really, really put my mind at ease,” Mrs Sande shared.
She praised the care she received during her consultations and procedures.
“My first consultation went so comfortably. I met my dentist. He’s sweet. My smile is really, really perfect. I really appreciate all the work he put in. The next one was my surgery. I met Doctor Aaron and you literally tell him what you want and he does exactly that. My worry with my tummy tuck was with the fact that I have mesh in my tummy and he said, ‘Don’t worry, we’re not even going to touch that,’” she said.
Despite initial nerves, Mrs Sande is thrilled with her results and encourages others to make changes if they feel unhappy with their bodies.
“But anyway, above everything, I’m happy with my results. I’m going to recommend the clinic to other people who want to come through. If there’s anything you don’t like on your body and you can fix it,” she added.
Mrs Sande is not alone—other South African celebrities are embracing cosmetic enhancements. Actress Simphiwe Ngema also had a mummy makeover in 2025, media personality Shamiso Mosaka had a BBL in Turkey, and actress Khanyi Mbau underwent a blepharoplasty the same year.
