Motsoaledi Setumo Joins New Sepedi Telenovela ‘Bogaditšong’

Actress Motsoaledi Setumo is set to make waves on screen once again after joining the cast of the upcoming telenovela, Bogaditšong: Sister Wives. The original multi-generational Sepedi drama is set to premiere exclusively on eVOD Home and promises viewers a gripping storyline filled with secrets, betrayal, power struggles and complicated family dynamics.
Set in the ruthless South African music industry, Bogaditšong: Sister Wives follows the influential Matlou family and the famous Bright Sisters music trio. Beneath the glamour and fame lies a world of hidden truths, emotional conflict and betrayal that threatens to tear the family apart.
The highly anticipated drama will officially begin streaming on the platform from 12 June 2026.
According to Actors Space, the series boasts a stellar cast led by Saint Seseli, who takes on the role of music mogul Titus Matlou. Titus is described as a powerful polygamist whose life is deeply connected to the Bright Sisters trio, who also happen to be his wives.
Tsholofelo Matshaba stars as Manto Matlou, the first wife and mastermind of the household. She is described as “the puppet master who has the other wives dancing to her tune,” making her one of the most commanding figures in the family.
Motsoaledi Setumo joins the drama as Tshepang Matlou, the second wife who is living a double life inside her marriage. Her character is described as “the unseen wife whose caught in a love affair within her marital home,” hinting at emotional twists and explosive drama that viewers can expect from the storyline.
Actress Rorisang Mohapi also joins the cast as Precious Matlou, the glamorous and ambitious third wife. Precious is described as “the young gold-digging wife, who’ll do anything to seek the spotlight,” adding even more tension and rivalry to the Matlou household.
The telenovela also stars veteran actress Shoki Mmola as Puseletso, the original Bright Sister and mother to Titus’s heir, King, played by Wiseman Zitha.
