Mothusi Montwedi, the third witness at the North West Legislature’s Ad-Hoc Committee investigating allegations of improper conduct of Premier Lazarus Mokgosi, has refuted the testimony that was made by the Mayor of the Naledi Local Municipality, Clifton Groep earlier this week.
