The media and the public have secured a significant victory in the fight for access to the R12-million criminal trial of former State Security Agency (SSA) officials Thulani “Silence” Dlomo and Patrick Mshothola, after the Gauteng Division of the High Court in Pretoria varied an order that had kept proceedings behind closed doors.
