Psychedelic Integration Is Reflected in How You Live

Psychedelics are everywhere these days—books, television, movies, and even government research. The growing interest in psychedelic therapy has brought renewed attention to the idea of integration, or how to make what was learned in the psychedelic journey something real, relevant, and usable in the person’s life. Examples include journaling, meditation, spending time in nature, creating art, attending integration circles, continuing psychotherapy, or working with an integration coach, of which I am one. These practices can all be deeply valuable because they create space to reflect on experiences that can be difficult to understand, let alone put into words.
