Moroccan billionaire Anas Sefrioui's property firm lifts first-half profit 20%

Groupe Addoha, the Moroccan housing developer founded and controlled by billionaire Anas Sefrioui, reported a 20% rise in first-half net profit and said it has about 12.9 billion dirhams ($1.31 billion) of presold homes that have yet to be recorded as revenue, giving the company a clear view of earnings for the next several years.
