Now that fall is setting in, I’m all about the cozy dinners. I’m talking soups and stews, one-pot meals, and, my personal favorite, a heaping pot of mashed potatoes to go alongside chicken sausages or on top of shepherd’s pie. For all of these dishes, I turn to my beloved Dutch ovens. Over the last couple of years, I’ve tested 10 Dutch ovens — and now Great Jones’ Dutch Baby is number 11.
