Nearly two years after Ekurhuleni’s city manager, Kagiso Lerutla, allegedly paid someone to take the fall for him after being arrested for speeding, he was purportedly involved in covering up a culpable homicide, the Boksburg Magistrates’ Court heard on Thursday.
