Gospel group Omega Circle has officially released their brand-new EP titled “Bambelela,” a heartfelt project that continues to build on the momentum of their previous release, “Worship Songs I Could Have Sung With My Mother.”
The EP title, Bambelela (meaning “Hold On”), reflects the central theme of the project — perseverance in faith, spiritual resilience, and trusting God through life’s challenges. It’s a body of work aimed at encouraging listeners to stay grounded, even in moments of uncertainty and emotional struggle.
The project features two previously released singles, “Glory (The Father)” and “Bophelo Ke Wena Fela,” both of which have already begun connecting with gospel audiences. “Glory (The Father)” is a worship-driven track focused on praise and reverence, while “Bophelo Ke Wena Fela” translates to “You alone are the life-giver,” reminding listeners of God as the ultimate source of life and direction.
The full Bambelela EP tracklist is as follows:
The opening track “Bambelela” sets the tone with a message of endurance and faith, while “Ungangilahli (Interlude)” (meaning “Do not forsake me”) delivers a deeply emotional, prayer-like moment within the project. The EP closes with “Hold On,” reinforcing the overarching message of hope and spiritual strength.
With this release, Omega Circle continues to establish itself as a gospel group focused on authentic worship and emotional storytelling. Bambelela expands on the intimate, reflective sound introduced in their previous project, offering a more refined and cohesive worship experience.
More than just music, Bambelela serves as a reminder to listeners across South Africa to remain steadfast in faith, no matter what season they find themselves in.
