North-West University (NWU), Community Venture Capital (CVC) and NWU Enterprises (NWUE) have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening agricultural value chains and expanding economic opportunities for smallholder farmers, emerging agribusinesses and rural enterprises.
