The Need to Stop Food Noise

The advent of the GLP-1 and GIP agonist drugs has brought along with it an increased focus on “food noise.” Many people on one or both of those medications report a serious reduction in food noise, which has been defined as “intrusive and often unwanted thoughts about food.” As more and more research has emerged, reduction of food noise has been identified as a major key to the weight loss seen with these drugs, and to weight loss in general.
