Former Mapisa-Nqakula’s spokesperson defends her actions in trial

A former spokesperson for ex-Defence Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula has told the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria that she acted on instructions from the department’s then Secretary for Defence, Dr Sam Galube, when she helped businesswoman Nombasa Ntsondwa-Ndhlovu try to stop a Sunday Times story about her.
