Media personality, reality TV star, and entrepreneur Inno Morolong recently visited two schools in the Free State through the Inno Morolong Foundation and donated 60 school shoes and stationery packs before giving a powerful motivational speech.

Media darling, reality TV star, and philanthropist Inno Morolong brought hope, dignity, and inspiration to two primary schools in the Free State after donating 60 school shoes and stationery packs to learners before delivering a deeply moving and motivational talk that left both pupils and educators emotionally uplifted.

What better way to kick-start off the year 2026 than with a giving heart and community outreach in her hometown of Free State before expanding to other cities and provinces?

Inno visited Moremaphofu Primary School and Ikemisetseng Mine School. The outreach initiative was driven by Morolong’s passion for youth empowerment and education, recognising that true support goes beyond material giving – it also means nurturing belief, confidence, and dreams. For many learners, the donation was more than a gift; it was a reminder that they are seen, valued, and worthy of opportunity.

During the school visits, Morolong personally engaged with learners, encouraging them to believe in their potential, pursue their dreams, and remain resilient despite life’s challenges. Her words of motivation resonated deeply, inspiring children to see themselves as future leaders, professionals, and change makers. Speaking during the visits, Morolong shared:

“I come from a place where I understand struggle. Sometimes all a child needs is someone to believe in them. These shoes, this stationery — they’re not just items, they’re a message that your dreams matter,” Inno Morolong said.

“Power begins by loving who you are, believing in your potential, appreciating the lessons you have learned along the way and dreaming beyond the current situation,” she told learners.

Teachers and school principals expressed heartfelt gratitude, noting the emotional impact of both the donations and the motivational talks on learner confidence and morale.

“I am a mother, and I know how expensive preparing for the future of a child can be. I wish to play my part in making life easier for families struggling to make ends meet. South Africa has a high unemployment rate, and even a little goes a long way. I just wish to play my part in making sure we raise healthy, happy, and responsible adults.”

This initiative reflects Inno Morolong’s commitment to community upliftment and meaningful social impact, using his platform not just for influence but for transformation. Inno has been involved in community-building work for more than five years in her personal capacity. Through the Inno Morolong Foundation, she wishes to extend her hand to reach more families and child-headed homes.

“We need to nurture future leaders, both boys and girls. We need fewer crimes, more doctors, nurses, and engineers to build our country. This is something I am passionate about, and starting off the year with a giving heart and spirit means a lot to me.”
