Amapiano Stars Tracy Vocals and Thatohatsi Recovering After Car Accident

Rising South African Amapiano artists Lethiwe Tracy Sibiya, popularly known as Tracy Vocals, and Thatohatsi Raphadi were involved in a car accident on Saturday, 4 April 2026. The incident also involved members of their road team, including their driver Thabiso, DJ Seun 1401, and road manager Senzo.
The artists shared the news in a media statement on their social media pages, saying, “We confirm that Thatohatsi and Tracy were involved in a motor vehicle accident earlier today alongside members of their road team, including our driver Thabiso, DJ Seun 1401, and road manager Senzo. We are relieved to share that all individuals are currently in stable condition and receiving the necessary medical attention. We are grateful for the swift response from emergency services and the support shown during this time.”
The statement added, “At this stage, our priority is their health and recovery. We kindly ask for privacy for Thatohatsi, Tracy, and the entire team as they rest and receive care. Further updates will be communicated in due course.”
Fans and fellow artists quickly showed support for the duo. Nadia Nakai wrote, “Speedy recovery.” DJ Jazzworld shared, “Speedy recovery to everyone who was with you & Tracy, I’m sorry to hear this.
