Singaporean billionaire Peter Lim has agreed to sell as much as 42% of Spanish football club Valencia CF to a US-led investor group backed by KKR & Co. co-founders George Roberts and Henry Kravis, in a deal that values the club at €1.25 billion ($1.4 billion).
