I’m not a Campari person. Sorry to all the Negroni heads out there, but I simply can’t take it — Campari cocktails are not for the faint of heart. I know the Boulevardier is a beloved classic, and the Negroni Sbagliato has been recommended to me many times, but I am just unable to hang. My husband, on the other hand, loves the flavor of Campari and has encouraged me more than a few times to try a sip — only for me to make a face and push it back in his direction.
