Parly wants a say in whether Treasury can withhold municipal funds

The Chairperson of the Parliament’s Portfolio Committee on Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Zweli Mkhize, says Parliament is developing regulations to allow it to have a say in whether National Treasury can withhold funds to municipalities.
