NPA Declines to Prosecute 58-Year-Old Man Arrested in Deadly Road Rage Shooting in Emmarentia, Johannesburg

The incident involved a minor collision that escalated, with the deceased man’s wife retrieving a firearm from their car and handing it to him, after which the suspect fired shots, killing the husband and injuring the wife. The suspect has been released, and the case is on hold until sufficient evidence is gathered.
