Kouga Municipality orders urgent evacuations as floods loom

Kouga Municipality Executive Mayor Hattingh Bornman issued an urgent evacuation order on Thursday, calling on residents in low-lying areas along the Gamtoos River to leave immediately as the Kouga Dam overflows.
