South African DJ Gogo Skhotheni, whose real name is Tumi Motsoeneng, has shared joyful news with her fans after announcing the birth of her baby boy.

The popular DJ took to Instagram to reveal the exciting moment. Instead of showing her baby’s face, she posted a sweet photo showing her newborn’s tiny arm dressed in blue clothing. The picture also included a baby pacifier and a bottle, giving fans a glimpse into the special moment.

In the caption of the post, she simply wrote, “It’s my turn again bafazi.”

Shortly after the announcement, many of her followers, fans, and fellow celebrities filled the comments section with congratulatory messages and warm wishes for the new mother.

TV host Ntombee Ngcobo was among the first to respond, writing, “And we are so happy for your child of God.”

Reality TV star Ratile Mabitsela also shared her excitement, commenting, “Congratulations momma!”

Actress Simphiwe Ngema joined the celebrations as well, writing, “Oh mummy.” followed by heart emojis.

The birth of her baby boy comes just weeks after the DJ publicly announced that she was expecting. On Sunday, 15 March 2026, Gogo Skhotheni shared the news of her pregnancy with fans on Instagram.

At the time, she posted a series of stunning maternity photos that quickly caught the attention of her followers. In the caption of the post, she wrote, “From heartbreak to hope… From loss to life. My rainbow baby,” expressing her deep emotions and happiness about the pregnancy.

In the photos, the DJ looked radiant as she posed in a dramatic black mermaid-style gown. The dress hugged her figure and flared out into a long flowing train. A bold cut-out in the design highlighted her baby bump, making it the centre of the striking look.

The outfit also featured oversized white ruffled sleeves and a wide black hat that partly covered her face, giving the photoshoot a stylish and high-fashion feel. She completed the elegant look with gold earrings, adding a touch of glamour to the overall outfit.
