Shamiso Mosaka Celebrates Another Year on YFM

Radio presenter and media personality Shamiso Mosaka is celebrating another milestone in her radio career as she marks another year on YFM. The popular broadcaster shared the special moment with her followers on social media, reflecting on her journey at the youth radio station and expressing gratitude for the experience.
Taking to Instagram, Shamiso Mosaka posted a heartfelt message celebrating the anniversary of her time at the station. She also thanked those who have supported her throughout her journey on radio.
“BLESSED to see another year on @yfm. Another season of Savage Nights! Shout out to my copilot and partner in crime @thabox_! You make all of this easy Let’s keep rocking.”
Her message quickly caught the attention of fans and supporters who congratulated her on reaching another milestone at the station.
Mosaka officially joined the YFM family in March 2024. At the time, the station introduced a refreshed weekend line-up, which included her as one of the new voices bringing fresh energy to the platform. She was announced as part of the weekend programming in late March 2024 and began hosting a Saturday show from 17:00 to 18:00.
Over time, she became a familiar voice on the station. Mosaka initially appeared on shows such as The Rizz and later Nights Like This, building a strong connection with listeners. She currently hosts The Rizz on Saturday afternoons as part of YFM’s weekend line-up.
Beyond radio, Mosaka has also been active in television and podcasting. In 2024, she appeared in the Showmax reality series Born Into Fame, which follows the lives of children of well-known South African celebrities.
Earlier this year, in February 2026, Mosaka was also announced as one of the hosts of the new show Read the Room on the Podcast and Chill Network. She co-hosts the show alongside Londie London and entertainment commentator Phil Mphela.
With her growing presence across radio, television, and digital platforms, Shamiso Mosaka continues to build her brand in the entertainment industry while connecting with audiences through different forms of media.
