‘It is disappointing’: Zondo says State Capture commission recommendations remain unimplemented

Former Constitutional Court Chief Justice Raymond Zondo says he is disappointed that the recommendations of the commission he chaired, the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture, Corruption and Fraud in the Public Sector including Organs of State have not been fully implemented.
