Many major publishers are experiencing more misses than hits. Each cut deeper than the last. And amid all this is one charming exception: Capcom. In a comprehensive review of their new “golden age,” journalist Lewis Gordon at The Ringer spoke to a number of current and former employees about their healthy equilibrium. One US-based former employee had some especially choice advice to Western studios: Enough with the micromanaging.
