Nkandla architect Minenhle Makhanya ordered to repay over R147 million for unlawful upgrades

The Special Tribunal has ordered Nkandla project architect Minenhle Makhanya to repay over R147 million to the National Treasury after finding his appointment and contract with the Department of Public Works was invalid.
