R320 million still up for grabs for spaza shop owners

The Spaza Shop Support Fund (SSSF) launched on 8 April 2025 with the mandate to provide South Africa’s spaza shop owners with financial and non-financial support up to R100 000. Yet to date, the fund has disbursed R179.6 million of the allocated R500 million.
