The Madlanga commission has heard allegations that on-leave Police Minister Senzo Mchunu flew a witness to the Eastern Cape during an investigation by the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) into alleged procurement irregularities in the South African Police Service’s (SAPS) Crime Intelligence division.
