4 arrested as SAPS, SIU bust scheme allegedly selling learner’s licences for R2K each

The South African Police Service (SAPS) and Special Investigating Unit (SIU) have uncovered an alleged cash-for-learner’s-licence scheme at the Marble Hall Driving Licence Testing Centre in Limpopo where each licence was allegedly sold for R2,000 without applicants undergoing testing.
