Holidaymakers narrowly miss disaster as pavilion chunks crash down on KZN beach

A complaint lodged with the Public Protector after chunks of concrete allegedly fell from the deteriorating Scottburgh Beach Pavilion and narrowly missed holidaymakers has been referred to the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA).
