Correctional Services hits back at Tshwane Mayor Nasiphi Moya over electricity cut

The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) has accused Tshwane Mayor Dr Nasiphi Moya of “disingenuous conduct” after the city cut off electricity to the building that houses the department’s head office.
