SIU wins court order forcing repayment of unlawful R4 million Lottery grant

The Special Tribunal has declared unlawful a R4 million National Lotteries Commission (NLC) grant awarded to the Mshandukani Foundation, ordering the foundation, its directors and associated entities, including a company owned by the wife of former NLC Chief Operating Officer (COO) Phillemon Letwaba, to repay the funds with interest.
