Radio host and DJ Lamiez Holworthy is celebrating a very special moment in her life as her son, Leano, turns three years old. To mark the occasion, Lamiez shared a touching and emotional video from the day her son was born.

In the video, Lamiez can be seen in the hospital moments before and after giving birth. The raw and unedited clip captures the emotional moment she welcomed her son into the world. At one point, Lamiez is seen crying tears of joy as baby Leano is born. Standing by her side during the life-changing moment was her husband, South African rapper Khuli Chana.

Along with the video, Lamiez also shared a heartfelt tribute to her son on social media. Reflecting on the moment she became a mother, she wrote:

“3 years ago, our son was born. Today is the first time I watched the raw unedited version of my birth video and I cried. I cried in disbelief. I cried because till this day I still do not feel worthy of a blessing as big as Leano-Laone.

See,l had subconsciously believed that I could not have children on my own after a miscarriage and on my 30th birthday-God made it happen.

3 years ago,l was in my hospital room,terrified coz I had just been told about something called a catheter that needed to be inserted before my C-section. (mommys can you relate?!

Throw in the epidural which I needed to sit still for whilst I got HUGE needles injected in to my spine,having a panic attack minutes before where I couldn’t breathe and was afraid they wouldn’t get him out in time(it was so bad that they had to give me another dose of something to calm me down but my partner in crime held my hand and assured me I got this-l finally got to see my answered prayer for the first time just after 10am.

Well technically, the doctors, my husband and my photographer got to see him first but still

I’m a mom guys. A mom to the smartest, bravest and funniest little guy I know. My beautiful, answered prayer, Leano-Laine Zion Morule. We named him that because God kept His promise.”

Lamiez’s emotional post touched many of her fans, who filled the comments with birthday wishes for little Leano.

For Lamiez, the birthday is more than just a celebration of another year. It is a reminder of the miracle she experienced and the journey that led her to motherhood. Three years later, the proud mom continues to cherish every moment with her “beautiful, answered prayer.”
