Cozy meals are the best ones, in my opinion. Give me a big bowl of soup or a hearty braise any day of the week. One of my all-time favorites is chicken pot pie. Typically, this meal serves a crowd, but chef Carla Hall introduced a handheld version that’s a cross between pot pie and a toaster tart. Could this be the ultimate cozy comfort food? I was excited to find out.
