Diablo 4 update 3.1.3 release time, date and patch notes as Season 15 PTR comes to an end

Blizzard has lots of exciting things planned for Diablo 4, including the release of a brand new season in the coming weeks. To prepare for the launch of Season 15, Diablo 4 developer Blizzard released an early version of update 3.2 on the Public Test Realm, complete with new features like Soul Splinters, which are described as unique socketables that provide "power with a bite".
