THE FUSE

The Alfred Nzo Agricultural Show 2026 brought farmers, agricultural stakeholders and community members together in Matatiele to showcase agricultural produce and a wide range of unique products and offerings. The revived agricultural show provided a platform for producers to display their work while creating opportunities for farmers to connect with people across the agricultural value chain. The event placed agriculture at the centre of community engagement and highlighted the contribution of farmers to local economic activity. It also created a space where emerging farmers could gain exposure and learn from more established producers. Through the return of the iconic agricultural show, Matatiele provided an important meeting point for agriculture, business and community development.
